Senator Alan Cranston, the Global Security Institute’s founder, was also a profound inspiration for all those involved in GSI. The organization was founded on Senator Cranston’s moral insight, and his emphasis on the fact that our future depends upon advancing common global interests, diplomacy and governance, the rule of law, and non violent change.
